I have ring them for 4 time, now they are saying it will take 18 weeks for final review and then the evaluation will get finish.

But in your case, 20 weeks already passed. Right? The recent timeline shows they complete ECA within 14 weeks (after in-line for processing).

IQAS Steps in Detail:

Status	What it means
Submitted	You completed an online application and made online payment
Received	Your online application package and transcripts have been matched
Payment pending	Your online payment was not successful
Pending	IQAS is waiting for required documents or payments
In line for processing	All documents needed to start your assessment have been received
Assessing	Your credentials are being assessed
On hold	Your assessment cannot be completed until IQAS receives and logs additional documents, confirmation from educational institution etc.
Final Review	Your credential has been assessed and is being validated
Mailed	Your assessment was mailed to you and an electronic copy is available at the IQAS application portal
Cancellation pending	You requested a cancellation and it is waiting to be processed
Cancelled	Your application was cancelled following your request or because assessment could not be completed

Actually, I completed my education at National University and my degrees are 3years BSS (pass) + 2years MSS. So, I am pretty confident that they will give a masters equivalency for your degrees as you have an Honours course with Masters completed.

I think they will consider your degree as masters.

14 weeks are minimum guaranteed time, it may take longer than that. After submitting all the documents it took me in total 5.5 months. Almost 23 weeks

That's unexpected. I don't know what they are doing. What's your current status?

Did anyone call IQAS recently to enquire which weeks mail are they currently opening ?

Mine are delivered by post on 16th Nov & its still in Pending status.

Please guys I need help. I sent my transcripts via Courier from my institutions and they arrived IQAS office (9th floor, 9942 108 street Edmonton, AB T5K 2J5 Canada) since November 18th (almost 10 weeks ago). Yet, my status on their portal is still showing 'waiting for transcripts'. I have sent several mails to them on this email address (IQAS_Apply@gov.ab.ca), yet no response. Please help. I am not sure what to do anymore. At this point, I am genuinely worried. Could my transcripts have been lost or misplaced or just not seen?
