I don’t think so because according to trend for AOR you will get temporary file number beginning of next month . Try to call them again next week. Hard to wait man .

My AR was July 30th. Some 28th july people got Aor while some 14-15th July didn’t.

Every file is assigned to different officer..some are fast and slow..

PNP paper based all goes to Sydney NS, after AoR and initial review maybe it goes to other offices. then some slow and fast rule applies. 6-7 months wait is due to backlog in NS office.

I think CIC agent was confused I m a province nominated candidate but he was looking into federal skilled worker May be he was not looming into right category
