Hello there,

Congrats on your AOR first. After you done upfront medical exam, you will receive a sheet called e-medical information sheet from the clinic the same day as your exam. Then you need to upload this sheet (2 pages total, double-sided paper) via web form (not your CIC linked account). Then just wait for web form email reply, maybe a month or so.

If you do upfront, the doctor will still send the report via their e-medical system, but it will not be linked to your application directly after the doctor send it. So you have to send a web form here. Good luck!

To my knowledge, we do not need to send it twice. We only need to send e-medical information sheet.

I think it’s a paper based let me tell yuu If yuu notice we have to wait for 6/7 months just to get a AOR we are stressing out everyday if they have recieved our application yet or not
But in your case it was no covid at lest you got uuur file number which gives you satisfaction that your file is in right hands
We are stressing our day waiting for our AOR
And yes God exist that’s why after stressing for long time and finally after recieving the AOR it fasten the process @ MikeSitkar

1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 11, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 21, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on October 21, 2020.
4. Medical results have been received.

Currently waiting for CoPR which should be my number 5.

I booked my upfront medical and the nearest I could find for a family was Feb 20. I just realized that my work permit will be expired at that time . Do you think that would be okay? I will be already applied for extension. Please advise guys, specially if someone had the same situation.

Yes but you won't know what documents. It will say something like this:

We sent you correspondence on XXXX If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
