I am also in same situation but my plan is tentative, if travel restrictions increased then I will cancel my trip.. but of course would like to know - what would happen if I travelled to India and received CoPR while being in India.

Hi. AOR OCT-20| FSW-O| MED & BIL 25-NOV-20| BIOMETRICS UPDATED 17-DEC-20| RPRF REQ 15-DEC-20. I'm expecting PPR within the next 2-3 months. If I move back to my home country in the next 2-3 months, do I have to inform IRCC? If yes when exactly should I inform them? Is it okay if I inform them 1 month before moving or is it better to inform them as and when I move?

You usually get medical and biometrics request within the first 30-45 days.

Inform about the residential address change. You should inform after moving.
