Still waiting for PR application approval, AOR Mar 8th.

I have received my gcms notes back in October 2020 and it said that my eligibility, Criminality and info. Sharing had all been passed and my final has been approved. I called ircc 3 times and they verified everything has been approved but I haven't received my copr yet. Can you confirm if having a closed border in your home country can affect copr issuance because my country borders are closed but there are occasional flights to Canada. I am FSW outland applicant with one dependent. Please advise on this.

What do the notes say in the last 3-5 pages.

See my previous post and you can compare to see if your eligibility is conclusively passed or recommended passed.

If you are FSW or PNP outside Canada, even if IRCC has approved your application, you may not receive a PPR. This is because if you are not exempt from travel, sending a PPR makes no sense. There are many applicants in the same situation and you will have to just wait it out.

I saw that some FSW outland can ask for authorization to travel and they received it.
How come so many new comers are still flying though ? Are they all with family or from US ?

VO was initially Edmonton and before COPr it was Ottawa. Security and Eligibility passed in August 2020

I just now got the copr details in profile, copr number is mentioned. Yet to get any mail from client portal.
