No Clue, I don't know what is in the letter. I had to do the portal. hopefully, someone who had to mail in photos can help. or read back past posts and reply to a post that recently stated they had to mail photos and a copy of copr pr card.
I thought in the beginning you got refused PR not the claim , as @Yuki.03 said you now in good situation, when exactly you got PR approved which date ?

Hi All, Today IRCC requested me to submit a CV/Resume, A document containing a description of education, qualifications, and experience, in details of roles and responsibilities for each unique employment,
my questions: is there any form to do that, or just uploading my up-to-date resume as is? is that normal?
Note: received the eligibility letter 2 days ago. Applicant June 2019,

Yeah they asked me too.. a months ago
Just simple up to date CV. Describe experience and education. I saw that some people from the forum submitted cv and got a decision shortly. But some (including myself) haven’t heard from ircc any news for a month or longer
called ircc again. everything passed over a month ago, but they haven't even started the security I read that security takes up to two years, and I was pretty much sure that they start security the same time with eligibility

Does anyone here knows WHY after Decision already made ( DM ) it tooks weeks or months for most applicants to receive CoPR ?? While in some cases they finalize only within 3 or 4 days !!

Here May 20 , I called them last time on Dec 11 they told medical & eligibility passed verbally but didn’t get any letter. Same day told me security not started...
Nothing we can do at this point with hard time we get but inshallah soon good news will come.

I believe that CoPRs are issued from a different team than the team who processing PR applications, and that's why CoPR might take few days or weeks depending on the workload of the landing office.
