My work permit was processed on 2018 Jan, India. At that time, Biometrics was not asked.

That's correct. Even I did not give biometrics. My work permit was issued in Oct 2020, I am inland.

You can either wait for a few days, they said in Twitter that they'd be opening more services in the coming days.

Else, you can travel to Kathmandu, Dhaka or Dubai and give your biometrics there. Sri Lanka is also an option, but expensive.

That's correct. Even I did not give biometrics. My work permit was issued in Oct 2020 also, I am inland as well. When I came to Canada first time in 2018, Biometric was not requsted.

I received yesterday along with MEP passed update. Usually progress bar appears when MEP gets done.
