i spoke with 3 differents lawyers
in general they reassured me a lot.
the solution according my situation is applying for TRP and restoration, after that i will send my H&C application

In this spreadsheet, some people have been given AIP in a matter of few days. Are those the one with pending PRRAs and that's why their Application was given AIP within a few days of started processing ?

Hey Raisaab this spreadsheet from different form it’s old one
Each of those ppl waiting timeline more then a year
No one got Aip in few days ever not yet

If you open this spreadsheet , you will find out on the column M , there are some people who got aip in 22 days and even 15 days from the processing start date. Are those with prra cases or just h and c ?

this cases are very old, but i think that there is no relation with PRRA, i think in some cases people can get answer quickly than others, each file is different

I think it’s wrong
I was there in that spreadsheet too

Every single one of that spreadsheet already have Aip or decision made except few of us still waiting for answers
