Sam when is your medicaĺ expired?and after how long it shows you passed .is it date show also.

My medical was extended in Sep., when the expired time already passed.
My wife and me got 2nd medical request in Nov. My children got 2nd MR in Dec after Xmas.
Both passed 7 days after medical done.

Hi all,

I need some advice here.

I’ve received my COPR email yesterday.

Currently I am in India to visit my family and have a valid work permit which expires on July 2021.

As mentioned in the CoPR, I have informed IRCC Hamilton regarding me
being outside of Canada but haven’t received any reply for additiontal information. Has someone faced the same issue?

Moreover my return ticket is already booked for next month so I will be travelling back to Canada soon.
What are the consequences here!?
Do I need to wait until hear back from them for further instruction ? If so, how long does it take for them to revert back to me.

Can I enter Canada on my work permit on my return date if I don’t hear anything back by then?

Please advise.

Technically your Work Permit expired after you get DM. You can not travel with it. You have to inform CIC about your travel to your home country. If they found you are not in CANADA, it is misrepresentation from you and you face consequences. Better to tell CIC and wait for their reply.

I raised a webform in August to inquire about the status of the application and received a generic reply (application still processing). I raised another one 2 weeks ago....still waiting on reply
