I think you're right !
In my case, I received AOR before 63 days and nothing after that. No PAL or BIO for my family as did BIO with WP application !!!
I am confused how they work !!! Frankly, I stopped thinking about it, and just am waiting.

Thank you . Yes I have dependents, my spouse and 1 child. Yea you are not faraway.

Wow, great. It should be PR portal, new process. It starts to apply to PNP applicants. It comes after MP and before DM. You have to make an account at portal, confirm address and upload picture. You will receive eCoPR. Can you confirm your ecas changes to DM or still in process? Thanks,

My ecas status was DM from October 20th 2020 and I was just here waiting until I got the email today from CIC

It means additional process after DM and before CoPR.
