Many indians got PPR today and most of them received AOR1 by end of October 2020. Their applications getting completed within 2 months, where ours taking months to years.

Yes this is very unfortunate and for Pakistani PA its always tough.
I know a couple they file in may 2020 indian PA and today they also got PPR.

It is not specific to India but specific to the VO. Indian applications go ( in most cases ) either to CPC Ottawa or NDVO. The one's that are going to Ottawa are processed within 2 months, while those at NDVO are stuck since 2019, just like Pakistani applicants. So let's raise allegations without bias.

You can look at the tracker from 2019 to corroborate this. However, I do agree that LVO is probably one of the most overworked and slowest of the VOs and all Pakistanis end up here.

If you can understand that LVO is overworked, why this point doesn’t come into immigration minister’s brain ? As a fair judgment that minister was supposed to hire more visa officers to tackle backlog of files..that is my point

Totally understandable. But sir, did you tried to call ircc to inquire?. Reason i again and again ask in every thread about this question is when time exceeds the 12 months limit its best to call ircc call centre and talk to the agent. Agent told me my file is in LVO so she emailed me with lvo contact methods i emailed LVO ann Within 30 days per arrival, passport request came and by the grace of Allah today my husband submitted passport at vfs center.

Yes my friend..I emailed prime minister, immigration minister and then MP..they gave me positive response but in reality only endless long wait wait and wait

AOR1 is not a big deal, main issue is after transferring the file to LVO ...then mental torture begins in the shape of unnecessary delay

Yes it's fine your urdu nikkah nama there is already stamp by ( movies sahb) which is affiliated by government or UC so you don't need stamp from anywhere ok..

You mean its fine if the translator didnt stamp my original urdu nikkah nama that i gave him for translation.... he only stamped affidavit and the english translation of nikkah nama that he translated his self ! I hope you understand what i am asking

Listen whatever you have a document ok your education or nikkah nama from even nadra and every single document like passport police character certificate etc you should go to the foreign affairs office for attestation which is the shahrahe faisal near close to sindhi muslim society go and attest there also this is what I did into my application. . Second you don't need to worry about your Urdu nikkah nama stamp cuz ( Molvi Sahab) have a stamp that's worth that's why you got the affidavit otherwise you can't get the affidavit even your nadra marriage certicate clear..

Stamp is there on the english one that he translated his self and also on affidavit.... i am asking about the original urdu one he did not stamp the urdu one which i gave him for translation....

You also don't need a English translater cuz you already have a nadra marriage certificate it's already in English just go to the foreign affairs office as I mentioned last post..

First of all, no education document you need to submit. It will be a unnecessary document .
Secondly none of the document need foreign affair stamp.
Thirdly lets clear what specifically they say in checklist for pakistani origin marriage:
1-Your urdu nikkah nama must have registrar stamp , then it has to be translated in english by a certified translator , a certified translator will maximum do a notory public on his translated document.
2- Nadra issued marriage certificate copy.
Please do not exhaust yourself for extra stamps only carefully read and follow checklist. It any part says notory or authentication then do so...

Only make sure your urdu nikkah nama is stamped by a registrar. Rest on a copy if you want you can get a notary public of a true copy.

Yes u need both it is clearly mention in country specification section in checklist . If any one missing file will be returned ( both means urdu nikkah nama along with its translation and nadra issued marriage certificate).
