Thank you very much.
really appreciated
Can you please also share your quaratine plan? Most of the people are really looking for it.. including me.
Quarantine is a basic thing, self isolate yourself in a room for yourself and others loved ones around you. Keep it safe until you are certain that you are safe to meet everyone. That is it really.
Regards.
Hello!
im still confuse about the Proof of Communication part which yes,it says there to be translated in english.
Im a filipino used our dialect in iloco on our chats and my question is... is it ok that I will just translate our communication on Facebook messenger ourselves or i still have to get a certified translator?
to get it translated here in canada is so expensive.
Please help me understand. Thank you in advance

Some of the screen shots, any legal document from your country should be translated and should be stamped by certified translator.

Copy pasting my Quarantine Plan;
1) My husband has already bought enough food and groceries for my use during the 14 days quarantine period. I have provided him with a list of all the necessary things that I will be needing while isolating.
2) At the airport, we will greet each other from a distance and my husband will take me directly to my place of quarantine using his private vehicle. We will not be stopping anywhere as mandated. Inside the vehicle, my husband and I will practice social distancing while wearing masks. I will be sitting at back seat of the car. The address of quarantine place is ........
3) After I reach the place of residence, I will self-isolate and quarantine in a room for 14 days. During this time, I will have access to necessities of life which my husband will take care of before my arrival. When in quarantine, I will have no visitors nor will I travel outside the residence and I will respect the safety protocols the Government of Canada has placed.
4) In case I need anything i.e. more food or medication, my husband will provide them.
5) If for any reason I require any medical assistance, local public health authority will be contacted, and I will thoroughly follow their instructions
Thanks a lot.

Jazak Allah Amber, may all of you reunite with your spouses soon. I will share all the details here as many of you will be travelling alone so you must know things already
Download arrive can app a night before the departure and take screen shot of the digital receit it will give you at the end of the process.
At the airport after security screening an officer at luggage check-in counters will ask you for pre arrivals, COPR, Covid test report and passport. Keep these docs handy. You will be given a form which you can fill in the plane. Keep these documents except passport back in the file as you will only need em at Canada immigration now.
After checking-in your luggage you will be sent to immigration officer who will ask one simple question. (He asked me aap kis k paas jarahi hain?)
At Canada airport, while leaving the plane keep the screen shot of arrive can receit on your screen as you will be asked to show it at almost every stop.
Just follow the "arrivals" sign all the way along. Next you will have to fill the form at customs on screens. Simply put the information, put your passport for scanning and press it while doing the scan, remove the mask for the picture and it will print you your "custom form". Rem the document's name as you will be asked to show it at 3 different places. A lady at customs will see it first and check it.
Next is immigration keep pre arrival copy, COPR, custom form, a pen and passport in your hands. Sign the COPR copies when you will be asked. Immigration officer didn't ask me about my quarantine plan. Just memorize your address as they can ask you the adress your PR card will be sent to.
Then go to luggage collection. You can hire a porter and before leaving the airport you will be asked to show the custom form again while checking out the luggage.
Happy travelling to all of you
Just keep your eyes on the trophy to make it easy
very well explained.
can you guide me about PCR test. where should I go for PCR test in Lahore to get the quick result within time? (Flying via PIA)

If you have IDC lab in lahore they give back the results the same day of the test. You can go to Chughtai lab or Shaukat Kahanum as well. Make sure you give them your email address so that if you are unable to collect the report by hand you can always print it out through your email.
Take original passport, a copy of ticket and a copy of your id card along with you.

Anyone who is traveling or travelled to Vancouver recently
Planing to travel on 10th of Jan I have some questions:-
My flight(Qatar Airways - Air Canada) is from Lahore to Doha to Toronto then Vancouver.
1) The immigration process will take place in vancouver or Toronto? If it's Toronto my layover time is 1:40hr in Toronto is it enough for it?
2) When to use or give information on ArriveCan app like a day or 2 days before the flight?
3) What are the documents needed while traveling ? Like COPR, Passport anything else

For a domestic flight an hour and 40 mins are enough. Don't worry about it.
I travel quite alot and most of the times my layover is an hour for international flight, so You are good for a domestic flight, unless there is snow storm, fog for something, then it can be a problem, none the less if because of natural circumstances you miss one connection they ll accommodate you, go tension free. Stay well stay safe.
Regards.
Mrs awais tell us in detail plz read her msgs
You ll deal with immigration at first port, I.eToronto. That can take awhile, if I was you, i ll take a connection which has more layover.
Regards.
