Are you using any representative? Or did you use it for other applications, e.g. study/work permit?

Thank you Miss bee. Also, I am planning to do upfront medical in January-2021, will I need to do it for my BOWP application as my current open work permit is expiring on May-2021. I am waiting for AOR still. Thanks

No you don’t need medical for work permit application. Just wait for AOR and then do medical otherwise it will expire in one year and you have to redo it .

No I am not using representative.It is inland application.I applied for federl under critical worker stream(Papee based)I called too many times to cic they are saying u r application is received.they gave temporary file number starts with letterX.Before they were saying u r application is complete everything is fine.I called them friday they are saying office did not check file yet it’s complete or not that is why you did not receive you AOR

Wait till processing time passes and do this option:

Members of Parliament (MP) have the ability to look into immigration cases. To locate an MP using a postal code see here. It is possible to request a meeting. Bring with you the name of the principal applicant, their date of birth, their application number and a confirmation letter to show when the file was submitted.

Same here .. ar - 27 feb ., no AOR yet .. only got temporary number

Vaccine is only for health care workers for now, every one will get by April2021. Maybe after that we will get exact processing time.

For my case, I didn't receive any AOR email but I can find my application status on ECAS and link my account. I talked with an agent and turned out that due to technical reasons, they may have sent AOR to my previous representative's email account which was used to apply for my study permit.

I got your point, but If I do upfront before AOR, will it harm to my paper based PR application? I am expecting to get AOR in January-2021 somewhere as I booked an appointment for medical in January-2021.

For upfront medical doctor will ask UCI or Application number which one you will get with AOR.

So question is how could you do upfront without it ???
