PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Hi all , I received the cards for part of the family and rest still no AOR as they got some missing documents , and I sent it last month but till now there is nothing and no AOR .
Is this normal
Do we have to start the process time from beginning?
is there anyone have similar case

I believe when they stop processing your application and request additional documents, the timeline would be the same as an application submitted for the very first time. So, when you send the documents, the day they get them is the first day of the average processing time in their website, which is 103 days at this moment.

Normally yes. As I heard, when they face a conflict/issue in your application, they immediately stop processing your application and either return the package to you or ask for some additional documents. When you send the documents to them, they don’t start processing your application immediately. All I say is just my assumption based on what I’ve seen in this thread. I can remember some similar cases that people sent the additional documents and expected them to start processing their applications immediately, but most of them had not got any news even after 1-1/5 month. However, although you can see a processing time in CIC website, right now, there is a fluctuation in the processing time for different people’s PR renewal applications during this pandemic. Some people get their PR cards in 2 months, while we have some people that have not got any news from them since 3-4 months ago. I hope your case is among the ones issued and mailed in 2 months. Application received October 4th .
I got AOR on 4th December . Starting processing 4th Dec & shows decision made on 5th December. No extra line for PR card mailed. Is that normal?

Hey guys, what's the official start date for IRCC in January? I finally planned to prepare all and send documents after Christmas holidays, so just wondering to know when they start working in 2021 if anybody knows?
