My AOR was 4th Nov. Haven't passed medicals yet. I checked my profile just now and it showed "Application updated", but there was no change to the application. I guess that's a ghost update, but i've seen people usually get them after medicals have passed, but I haven't passed medicals yet. Any idea what could it mean?

I got a similar update. The weird thing was that although it said "Application Updated", it did not allow me to see anything. After I logged back in it went into the submitted state. Glad to know that I am not alone. I was worried about getting an unexpected ghost update too. Hopefully, we get our Biometric request soon.

How long should I wait to get BIL ?

Hi,
I have a question (probably a silly one) regarding biometrics.
Should it be done only after the BIL or can we just book an appointment in the nearest VFS centre (getting an appointment is quite difficult as there are lots of applicants) in advance to avoid any delay?

Only with BIL, you can give biometrics

My AOR is Nov 1 and I haven't had a medical/biometrics update either - there are still people with Oct AOR who haven't received this yet so ours should be coming in the next couple of weeks

The average wait time seems to be around 50 days post AOR, longer if you are a PNP candidate may vary for CEC.
