good news my friend FEB 2019 applicant got his DM yesterday after waiting for 1.5 months since the AIP

Second ghost update today!
Just spoke to the agent was telling me everything has passed since November 25th 2020 so just waiting for final decision... guys what are expecting wait time for DM or COPR now? Please advise!

I think you must have applied on April 1st 2019 not 2020.

Have you tried calling asking if you passed eligibility, security, background etc.?

Not really, I haven't called or asked for new GCMS notes.
Applied on March 29th 2019.
Medical passed on November 3rd, 2020.
Since then I have reached 100% and it just shows the same message that 20% of cases are taking them longer.

I would call for sure just to ask if you passed those all those steps so far! At least it will give you the peace of mind

You are right dear, I should do that. What are the easy extensions if you have them please? I have not called since over a year.

My friend got his DM and yet his online account shows that they are reviewing the eligibility and they are processing the background check so please don't rely on the information in your GCKey account it's not updated at all.

1 (888) 242-2100 just listen to prompts as I don’t remember the extension and you can choose to have them call you when your first in the que in stead of waiting for an hour.

I just tried twice and it gave me the same status info through the recording and then said nobody is available to take the call.
Will try again.

Yes I just spoke then an hour ago! Same way so try maybe a little later today and it will work for sure
