Oh Great. I want to apply for one because of the extended family exemption. My worry is that hope it wont affect my PR application because in the form, it says i should enter my UCI number...which is the same with my PR application. I'm just wondering if it will affect anything ..what do you recommend?

Why would it affect it? I applied for my PR Dec 2019, and I flew to Canada in January 2020. I said I want 6 months visa as I am waiting for my PR application. And then they just asked what I do and then stamped me a 6-months visa. No issues.

Hi! Did you request GCSM or sent a webform since sending this document? Do you know if your eligibility and criminality were passed before they sent this document request?

I haven't requested any GCMS notes or webform after sending these documents. However, the system first got updated to "Your documents have been updated" and then to "We are reviewing the documents you sent" within a span of 20 days.
I had ordered my GCMS notes before I received this request. At that point of time, eligibility was "MET" and criminality / security were "NOT STARTED".
