Because they would surely get federal ita in coming draws. Why would anyone want to spend 4-6 months waiting for oinp and then apply for federal when they stand fairly good chances at direct ita.

We are in Canada and on June 3rd my husband received a NOI under Human Capital Priorities. We are extremely concerned about his employer letter because it’s hard to define the NOC.We are planning to add as much explanation as possible but the employee isn’t flexible so we have to explain by ourselves. Anyone with same experience? Let share !

Hi
I need some help.
I have received nomination from Ontario today and i plan to accept it in a day or two.
The question is my husband's (dependent applicant) ielts score expires this weekend. Is he required to take the IELTS again? Since the PNP was based on our combined ielts score.
Or would it be ok to accept the 600 points without him needing to appear for the exam again?
