I just received our nomination from Newfoundland, however, my IELTS will expire on April 2021.
My query is if I can submit my PR Application (paperbased) before the end of this year, does it affect my application if my IELTS is near expiry?

As long as your application received by Sydney before your IELTS expired you are safe.


But it would be advisable to get new IELTS for safe side.
