I submitted passport on Monday and got it the following Thursday. I got call on Wednesday that my package will be delivered tomorrow

Does Canada requires COVID test at the time of arrival in Montreal or in Toronto??

Toronto does not require covid test. We require 14 day quarantine in a separate space and proof of where you will stay. They will take your number and check on you to make sure you do the full 14 days
