Biometric and medical : Completed and received 6th March 2020
File tranfered to NDVO :10 march 2020
File status changed from Application received to Inprocess on 20th oct 2020

After that no update . Not sure how long will from here .

I, Sponser, also received last week, which does not make any sense to me, as I am in Canada from almost 5 years!

FILE WAS IN SYDNEY NS since DEV 2019 and got a ghost update 2 days back and when asked with the call center agent got to know file transfered to NDVO.
All stages passed since June 2020
Is this normal to transfer files to NDVO

Hello,
It is pretty normal for files to transfer to NDVO, sometimes due to workload or if they want to have more details from PA’s home country.
Did u asked what date your file actually moved to NDVO?
Also, did you received AOR2?

It is moved on 18th of this month and I am not aware of AOR2.

Why is NDVO taking so much time for visa stamping. I have submitted PP on 3rd Nov and it's been under processing from 10th of November. Please let me know what is going on. I am September 23rd applicant. Thanks.

You can check aor2 on ECAS. It will show you “ we started working on your application on [Date].

File transferred to NDVO - Jan 28, 2020
AOR2 - Nov 18, 2020

As we have hired a representative, who would get the email for Pre Arrival Letter: Representative or the Primary Applicant? I saw few people in thread whose AOR2 was on Nov 18th and received pre arrival on 19th. But i haven't received any email yet. Also, would there any update in ECAS after In Process?

do you know who receives pre arrival ? PA via email or representative via gc key?
