I don't believe so. They may ask for them later. We did not send bank statements up front.

Are empty envelops required? According to the checklist (IMM5784), they are asking for 2 self-addressed mailing labels instead of envelops.

We did not include POF but a narrative statement as requested. We weren’t asked for POF.

2019-12-1x: AOR CIO + biometrics request
2019-12-2x: Biometrics submitted
2019-12-3x: AOR LVO

2020-09-2x: Invitation to Interview, request for supplementary information and police certificate
2020-09-2x: Submitted supplementary information
2020-10-1x: Medical request
2020-10-2x: Uploaded police cert application proof (the actual certs will be sent to LVO directly by police)
2020-10-2x: Medical done

We expected medical request to come after the interview but it just popped up one day in between. Hopefully it indicates something positive...?

If everything goes well, we will share further information later...

2020-11-1x: DM - approved (GCKey)
2020-11-1x: Received COPR by mail

(11 months from AOR to COPR)
