GCMS note will take another month or so and will not give any indication about the call for Bio. Since you have already called IRCC, they must have verified your contact details. Without Bio, your security and criminality will also remain pending. Very frustrating, but not sure what other options you have apart from waiting and ensuring that you don't miss calls.

DO NOT stress yourself out, the application process is all-time slow. Even my application is approved, virtual landing is done and CoPR is not issued yet.
There is no Mantra, no Formula, and no Trick to expedite the process. They are enjoying COVID-19 hence just keep your brain off from the PR for a few months or weeks.
