IQAS ECA timeline tracking

I have received the below email from Iqas.

Please be advised that University of Mumbai sent IQAS your Masters transcripts electronically, however the pdf uploads where not successful. In order to proceed with the ECA we require the educational transcripts be re-sent.


Do I have to send the transcript again or what, as status in my online application still shows submitted. Please reply if anybody had faced the similar issue.

Hi I have received my report and it has been mailed today. It was same as what I downloaded.

So, your mailed report and the one downloaded using the trick has same date and reference number also?

Contact university and tell them i believe they will resend as it is an error from them

So, your mailed report and the one downloaded using the trick has same date and reference number also?

Your ref no is your file number. The report you downloaded using trick and final report is the same

i have the exact same timelines for first 3 steps, but still stuck with In-Line for Processing.

Raise webform for status........ I did the same. Although you will get similar reply of 14 weeks.

Sorry, Lost touch. I see your query has been answered. I didn't have much knowledge on this as I never used the fluctuation trick.

But just curious. Didn't your status change?

No, my status is still in fluctuating mode. I think it will change to mailed tomorrow i.e. Monday

I am unable to submit iqas evaluation request due to some pool size issue.. Anyone else facing the same. Can someone please share what can be done in this case when IQAS is not taking applications for submission?

Does it happen that raising webform helps your profile move forward ?

After how long will I be able to check my report using the Fluctuating tool?

It means you are in Fluctuating stage. Try using the Iqas fluctuating tool to download your report.
