Your Right of Citizenship Fee (100$) is actually included in the application cost for citizenship. So your fee structure is basically:
Application Fee - 18 years and over = 530 CAD
Right of Citizenship Fee - 100 CAD
Total: 630 CAD
You don't need to pay for anything else at the time of application. IIRC your citizenship certificate is also included in that cost, but I could be wrong. In any case, you only need to pay 630 CAD up front.

I know the application was delivered (as per Canada Post) but trying to look it up on ECAS yields nothing.
