I don't think you should take it negatively. It's a sign that they are working on your file. So be happy instead .

If single i think you should get it fast because approval letter means finished everything , but if you have depends , they started process your family applications
I am not sure 100% but According to what I see here

I have dependants but in Canada so they should be finished all the process in once.

I think there is problem in the page or system, because we are now 3 got that and now I tried to log in gckey and see update but no thing

I guess it is a problem of the system as i didn't able to login the page 2 times and saw profile update twice again then submitted. Just now tried same problem. I don't believe IRCC is working in this time of holidays.
