Hi Today i got Biometrics request for my mom from NDVO , but it doesn’t show on ecas login yet , is it normal, will it show that biometrics requested?

No, it doesn't show on ecas.

Normally by email only. It won't reflect any where else.

same here. bio done dec 2019, med passed jan 2020, since then sound of silence

You need to use your mother's information to sign up for the account. It's the PA's account.

I provided all the required information, but no luck. I am trying since feb 2020, I tried with all number of members it asks but no luck

Same thing with my application..You can try contact with technical support via webform.

Can we add sponsor's application to cic account as well or sponsor application can only be checked through ecas ? I am able to add PA application to cic account but no luck with sponsor application to my owne cic account.

May 9 applicant got DM2 today from NDVO. Medical passed 27 November 2019.

Update Canada address on ecas.

Just curious, it seems like you can only update to Canadian address. What happens if parents go back to home country?

It has been a year and no update from CIC. The email below is the only and last correspondence I got.
Has my application gone wrong? Any way to find out the exact status of it? Also, do I need to reapply for 2020?

So is it ok to update their physical address to Canada even though they are on eTA/visitor?

You have to update their current address. You can update the address once they go back to the home country.
