In the FINALIZE APPLICATION part:
Document: COPR/CRP
Status: Cancelled (???)
Don't understand it because my Gckey or ecas account is still in the process

Have u sent your passport and photos and got sent back without COPR issued?

Call center agent told me they don't issued COPR like befor since covid. Hopefully that is your 'cancelled' means.

No I didn't receive any email or call from them. No DM or COPR yet
Call them yesterday they still said my application is still in process, no final decision yet. Hope your suggestion is right...

Friday 13th was a lucky day !!! Finally after a long wait I received the golden email. My timeline detailed below:
Aor 4th June 2019
Biometrics 22th July 2019
Upfront medical 28th July 2020
Medical passed 10th September 2020
Pre arrival & decision made on ecas 17th October 2020
Copr 13th nov 2020
However no update on gckey yet.
