A little worried here. I got a call from IRCC today re: PGP 2019 application and they advised me that my mom needs to get medicals done again as they expired - she was assessed M3 - so all clear basically. However, she did say my dad was assessed M5 and they are waiting on a medical officer to do a final assessment. After the initial tests last October - my dad has gone through 4 more months of several medical reports and tests. When I learnt about M5 assessment, it reads:

Inadmissible due to excessive demand on health and social services.

For all M5 codes, the medical officer will add a descriptive code indicating the nature of the excessive demand:

• T9 - for excessive demand on social services;
• H9 - for excessive demand on health services;
• E9 - for displacement of Canadians who are on a waiting list.

"

Does anyone have experience with such a situation? Literally it seems the applicant is inadmissible, but clearly they've asked for several more tests antd assessing those, so don't want to reach a conclusion.

What’s your MyCIC account showing mainly in “additional documents” and “background check” sections?

I havent been able to link in the account in my cic for some reason. I kept trying since last year but no luck so I gave up on creating that. Ecas shows sponsor application approved and medical received. Thats the last update I got in January and nothing since then. What about your application??

Hello, does anyone have the same problem with me? Application sent in June 2019, and passed medical exam in March 2020, additional documents requested twice( in April and October). Until now there is no biometric but ECAS changed to Decision made for Both sponsorship and PR.( in November 2020). Still no PPR. Mine is inland application and my parents are still in Canada. Does anyone like me got DM without fingerprint? Or is just an ECAS ghost update? Thanks for the reply.

I have same timeline, application received in Ottawa on June21,2020, Everything done in march 2020 (medical,PCC,resume etc) except no BIO request. I had a ghost update in cic a couple days back but nothing else.. I had requested GCMS notes on Sep 12,2020. Still waiting for GCMS notes.

Hello everyone June 6th 2019 applicant here. Visa office NDVO, got medicals, PCC & travel history request on Sep 15 2020. IRCC account shows Medicals passed as of Oct 10th. I submitted PCC & travel history via return email that I received from NDVO & also uploaded in IRCC account but here is no confirmation from NDVO for my documents as due date is approaching. I also received Pre-arrival services letter on Sep 17 2020. Does anyone have any idea about next process? Thanks

Next will be decision made on ecas and passport request. The time depends on the case officer.

Question for biometric, my parents and dependent got biometric request but in india VFS is close. What should they do? Need to wait until VFS open or they can go outside and do that? Also for police clearance they ask to do or we have to do it by self and submit that?
