When Sponsor (or also the Representative) uploads requested documents in his/her My Cic account (paper app. linked to his/her own my cic account previously) on behalf of PA. During the electronic submission of documents via my cic, does sponsor e-sign or PA?

I received a request for Details of Police Service and Government Positions form for both of my parents. I wonder if anyone had to complete the form. I am confused as to what is considered a government position - is a school teacher or municipal councillor a government position? Has anyone had to complete the form? Did you send it with the supporting documents or just the form detailing public service.

We had to send my Father's military service record and other government job record. So, we filled the form as well as provided photocopies of government issued service and retirement papers.
