I called CIC today and agent told me my fole is at sydney. Security passed & Application has been approved. But correspondence letter not send yet.
So I believe file is not transferred yet to LVO and hence copr not issued.

Yeah, I called cic today
The exact same thing was told to me
And agent said that it needs to be transferred to LVO(Halifax) for issuing copr letter
May be next week, we will get copr

It means they will clear remaining PR file quata of 2020 in 2021 or 2022 or 2023.

Let's hope they can do something better than now.
