Posted our application last week from NSW, Australia!
Finally got over the line. Hoping the article mentioning a 66% increase in visa processing staff will make our applications a little quicker to get through!
Hi, I am going to submit spousal sponsorship application from Toronto this Saturday. How did you arrange the documents? Did you use paperclips? Also, do we need to place the barcode pages on the top of the application set?
No, I did not separate the barcodes from the forms. I segregated section-wise, in the order that appears in checklist. Since checklist should be kept first. Forms together, then supporting documents.
Yes, I collated the individual documents with paper clips and collected group of documents with tiny binder clips.

Sent in the package today! I hope some miracle happens in the next two months and IRCC processes applications quickly as per their announcement on Spousal Sponsorship applications.
Missing signatures, missing document checklist, missing documents from the checklist, country specific forms missing, no postal code/zip code on additional family form, not using up to date forms - these are the ones I have seen so far

Thanks. I have definitely not written postal code/zip code on additional family form and also names in native language. should i resend/resubmit it via webform?
Anyone else notice the jump in May outland applications being processed? It seems like last week they had just started on April. Maybe this means they've caught up inland and started processing outland quicker?
