Just saw 2 Indian Nationals PNP-Ouland AOR in Jan & June receiving their PPR. So, I don't think they are on hold. My guess is that there is a relatively larger number of Indian Nationals sitting in the queue, So, it feels like they are on hold as the process is slow.

Will you mind sharing their current country of residence?

I guess until they change travel restrictions we won't be able to travel. We plan to travel as soon as the restrictions are lifted.
We have no ties holding us back.

Your words bring about hope because I am Indian and country of residence is UAE.

I don't believe so but I suspect that they may be planning to change the march 18th COPR rule soon to allow others to travel.

Can you confirm where excatly is our primary Visa Office mentioned on GCMS ? I can only read as primary office : "centralized intake office" - is that Sydney, NS?

I was confirmed regarding Sydney, NS via web form 5 months back.

My secondary VO is CPC- Ottawa.

I could find that my Biometrics mentioned as poor quality, so I've booked an appointment in VFS next week.
Seems like everything else is okay.
