I appealed mine and now a new officer will look into my case

Yes you can do a second humanitarian after one you from the day that you got rejected.

There was no time line for prra i got a mail.
My decision for both was given to me by a cbsa officer

I was considering doing a new infact i went to a new lawyer who charged me more but my other lawyer had already put in the appeal that’s why i couldn’t put in a new one. fortunately the appealed was allowed, they asked that i update the file i did, now waiting to hear from them
I spoke to my lawyer already and said the appeal is a better way to remain in the country.

Yeah appeal is better friend mine did she won the PRRA case but the judge send her PRRA for reconsideration
But her h&c still in process
