Hey guys, just called ircc and explained our frustration about AoR. They agent didn’t have much to say but said it’s unfortunately quite normal these days. He said best is to complete webform and also send feedback to ircc. We should at least keep pushing with webforms and feedbacks.
Also around 13% Feb applicants got AOR this week, this is a good sign. Hope they will start issuing AOR for March pending applications within two weeks.

You're a june applicant. They stopped scheduling tests in March and no one knows when they will be restarting.

Great! Did the same thing! They can’t skip applications. If it’s complete issue the aor if not return. I know they started to issue aor to feb applicants this week but why they skipped those before. Agent on leave or vacation is not a good excuse!!!
