Finally received my biometrics appointment call today at 9am from Service Canada. I live in Toronto and the next available appointment was for next week Tuesday. My AOR is March 15th and got my BIL on April 30th. Here's hoping this speeds up my application processing!

In p.2 everything show "not started" or "in progress" except medical passed but in note i saw eligibility recommended pass. File transferred from Edmonton to Ottawa and that is all updates i got

Hi All,
I got my biometrics appointment call today but still not got call for spouse biometrics . The agent mentioned that they call primary and secondary applicant seperately.
Has anyone else faced similar situation ?. Generally after how many days secondary gets SC call.

Also my AOR:31-Mar and as per GCMS notes , eligibility is still not started .
Can you please advise if eligibility waits for security ( not started) to get completed. My medical and criminality are passed.

What I’ve generally seen as the trend that people have mentioned about secondary applicants and booked their biometrics together with theirs. There have been instances where secondary applicant has received call prior to the primary. You should have told them that I have a secondary applicant and please book us together. Maybe give a try when you go for your biometric at SC, take your spouse along and see if they let you give biometrics together. This is absurd TBH.

• The background verifications are in process.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid

If some can explain what does it mean please? Thank you

Because I am biometrics exempt too, so I want to know I long does it take to reflect changes on account. I mean your biometrics request for PR (was already crossed 90 days)?
