Hello Manku. To buttress your point, upfront medical appears to favour inland applicants. I read somwhere that some applicants were asked if they were already in Canada and once they said yes, they were given COPR. Delay for us outland applicants is still traceable to the Covid -19 challenge. However, let us still remain positive for a progress in our application towards the end of this year or early next year.

There’s only one nomination you can get in province. Either pnp paper or express entry.
I faced same problem. I just missed in only 6 days different. Now I’m in paper based. I got both are in same time first paper one after 6 days express entry. I tried lot .

For BC PNP, you can apply again for Express Entry PNP stream, I already asked BC PNP nomination officer. You are better ask MPNP for their opinion.

I will be Eligible for Nova Scotia nomination Express entry on Oct 23rd, 2020. Should i open 1 more nomination application ?
just because EE Nova Scotia pnp is faster (6month), +600 add to EE profile, and my recent nomination will expire by Sep30,2020.

Any suggestion?

make sure with pnp office if you can apply i dont think you can apply for pnp for next 1 year if you received nomination ...

I sent a web form to IRCC and the response was that “we verified the information that you have provided and can confirm that at this time, it is not possible to link your application (an application no was given) to your new account since your application is still waiting to be processed. You may visit our website to determine when we will begin to process your application”
