Good to see that some inland CEC applications are beginning to move! All the best, you guys. @cpr2610 You don't need to give biometrics anymore if you have given them in the last ten years.
Why would you go when it is completed? you just answered your question. No need to go. You are exempt if you gave your biometrics in the past 10 years.

so this means that if I have given biometrics for my study permit back in 2014 I am exempt, won't need to go for biometrics and will be refunded the biometrics fee I paid?
Looks like yes. I have given biometrics an year ago for my work permit and I see those are mapped in my EE profile. Thanks @legalfalcon for pointing this out

Hi all,
I'm pretty sure my last biometrics was in 2011 when I came to Canada, which makes it 9 years, that means I should be exempt from doing it now, however my profile does not say completed like I read others say, so now i'm wondering if it will change in the coming days and maybe they just haven't updated it yet. What do you guys think ?
I applied July 14th, ( FSW inland), medical passed August 14th, BIL August 17th.
Before now, when I login to my account my status said " your action is required" but now it just says submitted. when I get into my application itself, under biometrics it says "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details."
thoughts? @legalfalcon
