I don't see any problem to send the PR application. They don't request it to be from one week, they only require to be valid at the moment that you submit the application.

As I am a new PR applicant (July 2020), I would like to ask when in this process they would ask us to give biometrics? Is this chane going to affect me?
It is great news! in any case it was always weird to me as inland applicant that there was a chance to retake biometric as already provided last year for my wp renewal but good news in fact
