i applied for work permit extension on sept 4, 2020 and now as i got the PR. What should i do with my work permit application which is in process.

Ecas status "complete" on sep 14with a line added that reads, "You entered Canada at the Vancouver IRCC office on September 14 , 2020 and became a Permanent Resident."

but no copr yet.

Looks like you are totally a new one!
When you log in, the application says it's been " updated " but none of the fields have changed. Once you logout and log back in, the application returns to being “submitted”.
That is Ghost update.

i just checked Gu on cic account in the morning. Then copr has been emailed from cic saskatoon right away. The main office was sydney but copr issued from saskatoon.

my app too was put on hold cos my spouse is outside canada.
Yeah...that's why I'm leaving Canada on October 3rd and be with them in my home country.

Hey guys so I got a ghost update today and when I opened my account it says Sept 15, you passed the medical exam which I already passed last year on Aug 5 when I got the MR, i think they have xtended my medical. AR Dec 2018

I have not received the email only the GC key

Me neither. I asked my lawyer and she confirmed all the copr documents for my family members with issue numbers are shown on my GCkey account, but she never received the actual email or letters yet. I didn't receive them in my personal email either.
Don't know whether I should wait or call and inquire. My DM was 9/9 and ecas complete on 9/11
