India PCC from Toronto

Hi All,

In following link :https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/secure/loginAction , the status of my application shows PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate.

1 . Should I be contacting Toronto office or the PSK office in India?
2. How long will it take more to get my PCC ?

Yes .. they updated the portal4 website. Finally we have an option to track our applications

I just tracked mine after login on the same link it says "PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate. " does that mean it got approved at passport seva kendra and now have to be sent by consulate general to bls, so we can pickup?

Mine also showing,PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate;
But when I checked last at previous working site around 10days back it shown me pcc needs to be collected from RPO; I’m wondering how this wensite is showing old status

Quick question, is everyone Application Reference Number same as what shows on BLS tracking site? I never created online account for PCC on PSK website as it is not required for foreign passport holder.

I can't track on PSK, I have Application Reference Number start with CAN from BLS.

My Pcc timeline:

22nd August : submitted application at bls Toronto walkin center
24th August: passport review at psk
28th August: passport admin email regarding police verification initiated

status tracking unavailable after this.

2nd Sep: police verification done at local police station
10th Sep: email from consulate Toronto with soft copy
11th Sep: dispatched from bls with purolator tracking I’d available in their website

My wife’s PCC

22nd Aug: submitted application at bls Toronto walk-in center

24th Aug : pcc review at psk

after this no updates . Haven’t received passport admin email with police verification initiated yet. Inquired with SP office and local police station, they have not received any request.

No reply from following up in Twitter, grievances emails .
Raised a grievance on below portal and it is updated yesterday with Work in Progress.

Is your wife's status on psk track same as "PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate" or "Work in Progress"

mine showing that, my pcc submission date is 27th August

For me it's still showing the Status of Entered file is not available in the system. When did the update the website? Because I still see the same message.

same for me, but I got an email from passport admin where they stated that police verification has been sent to the police department, follow up with them if not done in 3 weeks.

I was able to track the status through https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/
It's the same website where we filled our application form, you can login and track your status.

That's Normal. It will remain same till the Policeman verify everything and status is sent back to RPO.
