You’ll get the biometric request. Offices aren’t opened so that’s why you probably haven’t received the request.

If you read my replies I’ve indicated that your parents must land in Canada and become PRs and then your brother would be able to come to Canada. When he flies he will need to carry documents proving that he is the dependent of a PR. Is he still 21 or under?

I'm also May 2019 applicant. My mom is in Delhi. So far, all communication related to medical, PCC, biometrics has been from CPC-M. Awaiting further instructions from CPC-M. Just curious if it matters where the file is processed? Is NDVO slower than CPC-M?

From what I have been reading here, it appears that NDVO is significantly slower than CPC-M. Fingers crossed.

As far as I'm concerned the processing office cannot be changed.

It depends case-by-case. My biometrics request came 6 months after my IME & pcc requests (my LVO's with Hong Kong).

New Delhi is sleeping with lot of applications. Mine look like stuck some where PA is still application received , i wonder what they doing

Similar thing happened to me. I am a May 2019 applicant. My file has been at CPC-M throughout the process for medicals, PCC, addition documents etc, which were all submitted and cleared in November and December. But this past week, I got an email that the file is being transferred to NDVO. I was surprised for the file to be transferred this late in the process. In my case, the Sponsor had been DM for a long time but the PA was still 'in process'. Strange indeed.

My mom's medicals were cleared in mid-Oct 2019 and PCC as well. But my dad's medicals were cleared in Jan 2020 due to sputum test. Will the medical and PCC be valid till mid-Oct 2020 only? I am super anxious as they are old and travelling to Ludhiana for medicals is a 4 - 5 hour run.
Is IRCC giving any extensions on medical dates validity and PCC validity as well?

Hi they never asked for biometrics yet after Aor last week they asked for medical and pcc only thats it

ok, my parents' local visa office is also New Delhi. They were asked for biometrics in March and nothing after that. AOR is 11th October, when is yours ?

Anyone had experience receiving passport request twice? Received on July 24 and mailed passport to Ottawa, today received passport request letter again, but our passport it Ottawa office yet.
