1: Can I change my province while Permenant Residence application is under process ? Current residence Saskatchewan
2: Co-Sponsor on CERB, still will meet the income requirement threshold if CERB income included. Does it impact negatively ?

Hello,
My initial application was submitted June 20. We received biometric request just before the lockdown in India in March 2020 but were not able to complete them. Is there any way to move our file forward by fulfilling this step in some other way. Our file is at NDVO. Please help.

Finally, my ecas status available, for both , sponsorship and permanent residence application received on Jun 21, 2019. But still cannot link to my account.

Omg more than 1 years to get it avai. Mine was 10 days earlier than you and got DM2. Never thought 10 days made a big differende. Covid19 changes everything.

Technically, this coverage is just a back-up. One can get OHIP made (right after quarantine period). Ontario is waiving the wait period due to COVID.
