normally, outlander is faster than inlander. However, covid 19 caused travel restrictions, so they can only issue copr to inlander only. The same happened cec and fsw. We can see in another way, once the restriction has been removed, outlander can get it shortly.

Meanwhile, I just want to share what my ECAS says:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 26, 2019.

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 22, 2019.

3. We started processing your application on July 22, 2019.

4. We sent you correspondence on December 18, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

5. We sent you medical instructions on July 3, 2020. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

6. Medical results have been received.

7. We sent you a letter on August 14, 2020. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

8. You entered Canada at the Ottawa IRCC office on August 14, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident.

The status on my ECAS says "complete", not "decision made".

I did not receive any calls or email from IRCC, just the CoPR letters thru my GCKey.

Not yet. In the CoPR letter, there are instructions on how to get the PR card. We just had to take a photo as specified on the letter and sent them to the Ottawa address provided in the letter, and then wait for 128 days for the PR card. I just don't know when exactly they are going to send us the CoPR document

Just to keep you updated, I've just called IRCC and asked about my application status after responding to the virtual landing email and confirming my availability in Canada. The agent was not quite sure about the situation as it seems it was new to him as well ( :| ), but after being on hold on the line during his checking on my profile, I was told that it will take 5 to 10 business days for my response to be processed, but still I am not sure how accurate his provided information is.

And finally, my application got approved and my wife and I got our CoPRs.
I cannot express how happy I am and I wish this moment for all of you guys.
