Good news. I called CIC yesterday and they informed me. They are now going ahead with background check without biometrics and I passed. Last time i spoke they told me i cant pass background check without biometrics.

PPR still depends on biometrics but atleast we don't have to wait for the background check to be over.
So everything is passed on the application and once i submit biometrics and Canada open borders i should receive the good news.

Hey, my application said Eligibility met but Friday it changed to :We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Does that mean positive ? Definitely something moved...

i have biometric pending. Can anyone suggest what steps are still remaining in file? Is it only Biometric or something else as well. I have already paid my RPRF and gave RCMP in adavance. Thanks in adavance.

Strange they never said anything about eligibility even though I specifically asked them about it.
