Thanks my lawyer said since I already have an application in process there is no need I should just update them with my 120hours and I already submitted my latter of employment when I applied For H&C and I m still working there I live in Toronto.

I will suggest you give your lawyer your pay stub from the month of march till date to do an update on your file indicating you have worked 120hrs as a PSW.please do that asap cos it will help your file now that it's been looked into.

Doesn’t mean that she qualifies for the program. She will need to identify if she qualifies.

She clearly mentioned she’s had that discussion with her lawyer.And from her response,she qualifies.And if she doesn’t,it’s definitely not the end of the world

Depends on your caae and depends to the Immigration Officer. Other member here waited 28 months until move to IN PROCESS

I could see it here but I’m wondering because I dont know if the BIO was asked before or after they check and analyze my process. The letter was about the BIO.

Thanks, but we received a letter of biometrics along with the letter of acknowledgement of receipt,
So what does this mean ?
Does it mean the processing has already started when the ecas doesn't show processing started ?
