The PR card will send to parents’ inland address automatically. Just make sure the address is correct.

How do I make sure about the inland address? Is there a place where I can check?

I have uploaded PCC for my parents using webform. IRCC didn't ask for it - just preemptively. I got them done before COVID started.

Yes, you can send to Ottawa. Usually, the ppr has clear instructions indicate how to send the PP for Outland and inland.

There is currently no PPR being sent to Ottawa. they are landing virtually. You need to change your address when you come to Canada and you need to be contacted for inland landing.

My parents cases are processed under CPC-Mississauga. And registered home address is in Canada. But actually my parents moved back to China last year October and didn't come back yet. In this case, if their case final decision made and to submit passport? Will there be an issue? Or should I update local address in China in the CIC system? Thanks for your help.

Yeah, same here. "Decision Made" for both Sponsor and PA since March. My case is with CPC-M and no update after Feb/March.

Would both update their address and send a webform updating Their address and that they are no longer in Canada. The change of address seems to not work sometimes.

They haven’t been receiving passports because of covid.

Not yet. I think it may take a week to update, if they would want to update it. Will post if I get any update.
