HI, my AOR is Feb 08, and I am still waiting. my vo is Etobicoke, I called the ircc, they said that my criminal is processing, and the security and eligibility are not started yet. could you please share your visa office? thanks
Hi guys,
I called IRCC they said my eligibility check is met!
but my BG and security and criminality is yet to be started!
I asked the operator when can I expect the final decision to be made? ,and to my surprise, she said the vo has requested extra time for proccess applications and it may happen at the end of August!
I didn't expect her to say anything about the time!
but it was better than nothing
what you guys think about this? will the decision be made at end of August?
I'm outland applicant. AOR 5 Feb, VO Ottawa

Maybe she meant a decision might be made by then but whether COPR would be issued will still depend on the boarder being opened? Either way it is a good sign.
How did you call IRCC as an outland candidate? I heard there's a way but haven't tried it yet.

It seems your letter confirms only 2 year 4 months and did you submitted any other experience for other 8 months. Possibly that is the reason why it is review required.
I submitted work experience for additional 2 years.
But my question is if it's only 2years 4 months he acknoledged why does it state that the CRS assessed is still 478?

During review required state, when the 4 eye validation on your application happens and the next officer reviews your application and that officer doesn't find the additional 8 months of valid experience as per the NOC code that you applied for, then consider dude, that a big problem. When the next set of 2 eyes(Review Officer) completes then they reduce your points if they don't find the additional 8 months experience and if the points are below the Minimum CRS score for which you applied for, they the Officer will straight refuse the application.
Remember, I am not mentioning this being rude or want to scare the hell out of you. I WAS ON THAT BOAT.
If you already submitted the additional 2 years experience and if it added to you profile then you are safe. I would recommend to call the IRCC and mention that you submitted additional 2 years experience proofs for the NOC code that you claimed your points. And ask them how to find out if the experience letters from that web form has been uploaded to your file.
Otherwise, you can raise GCMS notes to check all the activity on the application and you can find out the result of the web form that you submitted. Act quickly.
Hope this info helps. & I wish and pray that your application is all in good hands.
Congrats!

Dear friends, Just for your information (of inland applicants) that once you are virtually landed and receive COPR e-mail, you then can change your SIN number online. It only takes few days for Service Canada to confirm your new SIN number
I just got my GCMS notes. In terms of experience there is a NOC issue. My notes say " REVIEW REQUIRED. THE DECLARED NOC IS DIFFERENT THAN NOC NUMBER FOR THE DECLARED JOB TITLE".
Has anybody else come across this? Can my application be refused on this basis? Any ideas of what I can do??
I have applied for the PR earlier this year and I have received an email from IRCC about the refusal in June due to experience letter not matching my NOC. I wanted to check will the full amount is refunded? I have only received AUD 1100 for me and my husband. We paid around AUD 2500 which is half the amount?
1. Is the full amount is refunded?
2. If yes, how do I contact IRCC to check on the refund?
3. If not, then how much is deducted and why?
4. Do they have any time period by when the whole amount is refunded?
