@hithere123, the best thing for you is to quickly order GCMS notes. This will show you exactly why your elegibility is on 'Review Required'. Then you can proactively send additional documents through web-form to clarify the VO's concern.
Thank you so much. I have ordered the notes today after the call. I am just worried because I read in other forums that if the file goes under eligibility review required it takes a long time to process
I got AOR for my express entry on 27th Feb. Its been more than 4 months I haven't heard anything from them. I raised a web form and this is what I got. Could someone please explain is that means that I am going to get the COPR soon ?
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We verified the information on file and can confirm that:
· The application is still in process.
· The responsible office reviewed the application and documents submitted and determined that you meet theeligibility requirements under the class for which you have applied.
· All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

True, but sometimes proactively providing additional documents may save time, as this may clarify the Officer's concern the first time he picks your file for review,....compared woth him sending ADR at first review, then your file back on queue after you respond to the ADR and so on...
Buddy, I suggest you request GCMS Notes ASAP. Officer who reviews you case is not mandated to ask for any docs if they need. They will go by what the documents they have/you submitted and decide the eligibility.
You GCMS Notes can tell you why they marked your file as "Review Required" Under review is the normal state of your Background - Eligibility.
But Review Required is state where the Officer has gone thru your file and found a gap/documents missing/ etc which need another Officer to look at.
You can take necessary steps before next Officer review your file. Wish you good luck on your process.
Service Canada is reopening but will be limited location and services. Biometric service will not start yet. But atleast this seems like a first step and some movement after a long waiting.
