Express Entry
AOR February 15th
Medicals passed: February 26
Bio: March 12

Called IRCC a week ago and was told Eligibility is passed and rest are pending.

Also seems like CEC Inland Applications are processed faster than Express Entry Outland.

My timeline is really close to yours! Congrats on having Eligibility passed!

you get RPRF request after your application has been approved by the Central Visa Office, and before it is sent to the Local Visa Office. Therefore, getting an RPRF request is a strong indication that you would get your PPR soon.

What's the Local Visa Office for inland applications?

Try calling them about this if it still doesn't work.

The status will be action required for couple weeks before it changes to submitted. That was my situation

Go to the document section where you uploaded the doc. At the bottom of the page you will see next or continue button. Click that and it will take you to the consent form where you need to provide your full name. After filling those details, click transmit or submit, only then it will be submitted to them. After doing this come back to your account - "Action required" will now be gone.
